Significant reported cases

• Red Star Pub Company v Scottish Power, July 2016 - Successful recovery of over £2.5 million for insurers following three weeks of complex evidence and legal submissions.
• Gordon v S & B Removals, 2014 - Tony appeared in the successful defence of this claim which was the first Scottish motor case of its type to proceed to a written judgment. This resulted in 13 other related claims being abandoned with six figure savings for the clients.
• Morrison v ICL Plastics, 2014 - Successful Supreme Court defence of a £1.5million property damage claim, on behalf of an insurer on the grounds of prescription.
