Paul Tarne

  • I am the lead partner in BLM’s public sector team in Manchester.
  • I have in excess of 12 years post-qualification experience and joined BLM in March 2006. I have worked extensively with public sector customers throughout my time with BLM.

  • I am a regular speaker at training events and have had a number of articles published on topics such as the new Highways Code of Practice, volunteers, the implications of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act for the public sector and the duties owed by fire and rescue services.
  • I am also a school governor.
