Qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and joined BLM in 2009.
Acts for a number of major insurers, specialising in professional indemnity and product liability.
Michael's professional indemnity work includes defending all forms of claims against professionals, in particular solicitors and accountants, claims involving mortgage fraud, and advising on coverage and policy disputes.
Michael also specialises in dealing with a wide range of product liability disputes, including those with an injury element, those with an international dimension, recoveries from third parties, and policy issues.
