• I handle high value and complex employers’ liability, public liability and motor cases.
• I am the nominated lead lawyer for a number of the firm’s key insurer clients.
• I have dealt with a number of chronic pain cases achieving huge savings as against pleaded value and many cases have discontinued.
• I am currently dealing with a number of subtle brain injury cases and attempting to limit exposure to insurers as the number and potential value of such cases increase.
• I am the relationship lead for casualty team for major insurer.
• I compile tactile analysis of case trends to insurers on a regular basis to assist in handler training and risk analysis.
• I compile newsletters across work types as to successes and cases of importance.
• I am also head of BLM’s CSR committee supporting national charities Mind and Sane with a mix of fundraising and pro bono activities.
• I have written numerous articles for in-house and external publications.
