  • I am a catastrophic injury lawyer with experience of dealing with large and complex claims arising from accidents in the UK and I regularly advise on spinal cord, brain injury and high value chronic pain and handling cases with complex arguments on causation (both factual and medical), quantum and dealing with technical expert evidence such as evidence on the effect of genetic disease and life expectancy. 
  • I have experience of dealing with arguments on the extent of duties of care and the application of the Occupiers Liability Act 1957 and 1984, having acted for the defendants in both Lisa Driver v The Painted House [2014] and Leadbetter & Read v SCC & Amey Hallam [2017] and successfully defending both matters at trial. 
  • I am practiced in handling and dealing with EL claims for a low cost airline based in the UK. 
  • I am recognised as a Next Generation Partner in Legal 500 2021.
