I have extensive experience of advising on every aspect of contentious and non-contentious employment law. I work closely with companies of all sizes to provide day-to-day HR advice on a range of workplace issues, including absence and performance management, disciplinary and grievance investigations, contractual disputes and executive terminations.
I am particularly experienced in advising companies about employment issues that arise out of corporate restructuring, outsourcing and TUPE situations as well as their collective consultation obligations in redundancy situations and making variations to terms and conditions of employment.
I provide clear and robust advice to companies about how they can protect their interests through effective use of covenants and confidentiality provisions. I represent both claimants and respondents in threatened and actual injunctive proceedings.
I manage employment tribunal litigation and have experience of all types of case including unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination.
