Whiplash reform: summary on a page

With the working period for responding to last week's ‎whiplash consultation effectively curtailed by the Christmas and New Year breaks, it seemed to be a good idea to offer a summary on a page of the MoJ's main proposals for ease of reference. ‎We couldn't quite manage that - the paper runs to over 80 pages - but the summary linked here has the reforms on the first page and the possible new tariff for minor soft tissue injury on the second.
