What are the legal ramifications for slander on social media?

Steve Kuncewicz has once again spoken to BBC Radio Stoke to highlight what could happen if you are accused of slander on social media - following reports that a woman was charged £200,000 for slander on Facebook of her ex-husband.

Speaking on the Stuart George show at 5pm yesterday, Steve highlights what legal rights you have when it comes to slanderous comments made on social media and what can be used as evidence in court.
