The second Dive In festival for Diversity & Inclusion in Insurance will take place from 27– 29 September and once again BLM is very proud to support this industry wide initiative with a host of activities planned for next month.
For those of you that missed the inaugural festival last year, Dive In was established to helping the insurance industry to prepare for the future; highlighting the business case for diverse and inclusive workplaces and providing practical ideas and inspiration for how to bring about positive change.
This year’s event promises to be bigger and better than before, with more than 50 events taking place over three days in 16 cities across four continents in Australia, Bermuda, Canada, China, France, Ireland, Singapore, Switzerland, UK and the USA. Dive In is the only international, sector-wide, diversity and inclusion event of its kind anywhere in the world!
This year’s subjects include gender, multicultural, LGBT and workability. From the stresses of caring for ageing parents to making the most of your time with the kids, there is a broader and dare we say, more inclusive range of themes this year to ensure that everyone can find relevance in the programme.
Join us as we celebrate diversity and inclusion at BLM
