BLM partner Hannah Beddis explains the implications of vicarious liability for volunteers in the latest edition of Alarm's Public RM magazine.

Hannah explains the issue of vicarious liability and how an employer may be liable for the actions of a volunteer despite there being no formal contractual arrangements. Hannah draws on recent case examples and explains applicable case law throughout the article.
