Vaccination and visitation in the care setting

As the world continues to wrestle with the Coronavirus, there is renewed hope as the mass vaccination programme gets underway across the UK.

But, as we know, the availability of the vaccine gives rise to a new set of challenges, particularly for those operating in the care sector and in particular, visitation rules for family members. Should a care home refuse to let a family member visit a loved on if they have not had the vaccine? Should care homes prevent staff from working in that setting if they refuse the vaccine altogether?
