Is an employer liable for what happens at the Christmas party?

BLM's Alistair Kinley and Andrew Lawson have authored an article for The Times, published today and discusses who should be deemed liable if the office Christmas party doesn't quite go to plan.

Using a recent case example - Bellman v Northampton Recruitment Ltd [2016]  - Alistair and Andrew analyse the issue of vicarious liability and what happens if a serious incident happens between staff members.
