The Impact of CPD and remediation on regulatory and disciplinary outcomes

BLM's Laura Smith writes for Modern Dentist Magazine discussing how actions subject to disciplinary proceedings before the General Dental Council could be remedied to affect the outcome of the hearing.

Laura says: "Once factual findings have been made, Committees will assess whether any failings could be remedied. By way of example, record keeping failings are likely to be considered remediable whereas dishonesty is more problematic."
