Global Insurance Law Connect: Annual Review 2019

08 Jan 2020

As a founder member of Global Insurance Law Connect, we have been working with colleagues from the network to compile an annual review of the key issues affecting the global insurance market over the past year.

Collectively, our global reach means that we have up-to-date knowledge of key changes in all the major markets.

Throughout 2019 Global Insurance Law Connect members authored a variety of updates on global insurance changes, stretching from regulatory change in China, to the restructuring of the Norwegian Natural Perils Pool.

To access the most significant 2019 updates in our annual compendium of articles, please click here.

Together we cover the potential for an increase in spurious claims following the introduction of QOCS in Scotland; Swiss/UK insurance trade agreements; regulator's muddled ruling over sanctions bringing crisis for Brazilian insurers, and much more.
