The incident management team at BLM is continuing to closely monitor the UK government’s health and working practice advice relating to the COVID-19 pandemic. We have robust business continuity measures in place to ensure both our staff and clients’ health and wellbeing, but also our ability to service and support our clients with no or minimal disruption. Our offices are currently closed whilst our people work remotely. As pandemic response advice changes, we will adhere to all new mandates.
We would like to assure clients that our operational response to COVID-19 will at all times be undertaken in accordance with our ISO27001 Information Security certification and our GDPR, Data Protection and Privacy obligations. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as advice and our response to the pandemic changes.

Where we are already acting in a case subject to the English & Welsh jurisdiction, or are nominated to accept service of such proceedings, we will accept service by email to firstname.lastname@example.org subject to the following restrictions:
- where we have provided you with our reference in existing matters, that reference is included within the email subject line;
- no single attachment/file/document exceeds 20MB;
- no single email exceeds 50MB overall;
- if any attachments are password protected you advise us of this in the body of the email and set out the name and contact details of the person who can provide the password.
