The UK and Ireland’s leading insurance and risk law firm, BLM has announced the appointment of Matthew Trinder as partner.
Matthew joins BLM’s specialist healthcare team from Bevan Brittan LLP where he was a partner in the firm’s London clinical risk team. He has vast experience in defendant clinical negligence litigation for the NHSLA, a large number of NHS Trusts, the UK’s largest independent provider of clinical laboratory diagnostics services, individual doctors and private medical malpractice insurers including the likes of Marketform, ACE (Chubb) and Avant.
