BLM shortlisted for Alarm Risk Award

01 Jun 2016

BLM has been shortlisted for an Alarm Risk Award 2016. The ceremony, which takes place on 27 June at The Palace Hotel in Manchester recognises those that have significantly contributed to public service and communities with a focus on risk management.

BLM’s entry, which focussed on the work it is doing across the sector in relation to the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA) was entered into the Product of the Year category.

BLM outlined what it is doing to work with customers and the industry to prepare them, should they be asked to provide evidence for the inquiry. BLM’s dedicated abuse claims team is helping customers take a proactive approach to their involvement with the Inquiry, ensuring that they have safeguarding at the core of their work; that they can learn and share from what has happened in the past; and make recommendations for the future.

Good luck to all those shortlisted for an award.
