Insurance risk and commercial law firm is delighted to announce it has secured a place on the London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC).
The panel is divided into four lots made up of: commercial services, dispute resolution (including student matters), human resources, and a one-stop-shop. A total of 29 firms bid for a place on the panel and BLM will join 16 other specialist firms.
BLM will provide commercial services, HR and employment dispute resolution law advice to the members of LUPC, Higher Education Purchasing Consortium Wales, North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium, North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium Ltd, and Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium. Commercial services include data protection; innovative financing arrangements, including commercial loans; funding and finance models; collaborative ventures; and contract law, to name a few.
The LUPC is a buying organisation with a large portfolio of frameworks procuring goods and services for its members, which comprise universities and colleges around the capital, as well as national organisations from the wider not-for-profit sector.
