BLM Liverpool head appointed as Deputy Vice President of Liverpool Law Society

09 Dec 2020

Congratulations to Liverpool Head of Office and Partner Jo Francis who has been appointed as Deputy Vice President of Liverpool Law Society. Jo will continue in the role until December 2021, when she will take on the role of Vice President and in 2022 she will become President.

Commenting on her appointment, Jo said:

"I am honoured to take the role the Society’s first Deputy Vice President. I am incredibly passionate about the City and have the utmost respect for the hard work and contributions of our City’s lawyers to the Society and legal industry as a whole. I am looking forward to working more closely with Julie O’Hare, President and Steven Zdolyny, Vice President, as together we continue to develop the Society as a modern and inclusive organisation which represents, supports and promotes the practice of law in and around Liverpool."

Jo has been Honorary Treasurer of Liverpool Law Society for two years and a Director for five years. She has worked hard to help manage the finances and operational side of the Society throughout the pandemic
