We are delighted to announce that BLM’s Customer Insight programme, undertaken with award-winning management consulting firm Gulland Padfield, has gained both organisations a place on the list of finalists at this year’s Customer Excellence Awards.
Created to recognise and reward outstanding achievement in customer experience across the key sectors and disciplines, the Customer Experience Awards showcase best practice among organisations, their talented teams and individuals within those organisations.
BLM’s collaboration with Gulland Padfield has been shortlisted for the Insight and Feedback category. All finalists will present their entry to a team of judges on 23 September and the winners will be announced shortly thereafter.
