Siri Siriwardene, head of commercial advisory & private wealth at BLM commented: “Matthew brings robust experience of working with both corporate and medium-sized organisations to BLM. In heading up our new London practice, he will serve existing BLM clients and encourage new ones to consider us as a strong, full-service, legal provider. Matthew is a high calibre partner hire, and his experience dovetails well with BLM’s employment, commercial litigation, insolvency and commercial property expertise. I am thrilled he’s chosen to join us.”

Matthew Poli, head of corporate & commercial, London at BLM added: “I will be supporting my clients, GCs and heads of legal, to tackle the seismic shifts within their organisations resulting from the current macro-economic scenario. During these unmatched times, my clients and I will be taking a strategic approach to restructuring and securing their businesses for whatever lies ahead.
