BLM's Jill Crawford discusses challenging planning applications

BLM environmental solicitor, Jill Crawford appeared on BBC Radio Suffolk this morning to discuss how best communities can challenge planning applications.

Jill, who is Chair of the Environmental Litigation Working Party of the UK Environmental Law Association (UKELA), gave advice on the need to act quickly when challenging decisions, the options that groups have to fund such legal challenges and how to use social media to gain attention for a campaign.
