Alistair Kinley comments - new consultation for e-scooters expected in due course

Last week, Transport Minister George Freeman indicated that a consultation on regulation for micro mobility devices, such as e-scooters is expected "in due course."

The Irish government has already launched its consultation on e-scooters and the French government has already made provisions for these modes of transport.

Following the UK's latest development, BLM's director of policy and government affairs, Alistair Kinley has given his thoughts to Insurance Times and states that "the UK is lagging behind."
