Airmic Conference 2015 - Has Laspo lost its lustre? BLM reports back

22 May 2015

BLM is delighted to once again be exhibiting and facilitating a workshop at the Airmic Conference next month.

As part of our workshop at this summer’s Airmic Conference we will be offering our views on the impact of the ’Jackson’ reforms of 2013. We will assess the changes in behaviour and predict trends and changes in future claims and litigation.

Lord Justice Jackson’s objective was to control costs and promote access to justice.

To ensure the content of the workshop is as beneficial as possible, we welcome your views on the impact of the reforms and have prepared a four question/30 second questionnaire that will guide discussion.

Those of you that kindly complete the questionnaire by 15 June will be entered into a draw to win an Apple iPad mini 3!

We will reveal the results of this survey, consider the changes that may result from the new government and the impact on your claims experience and risk profile at our Airmic Conference workshop:

Claims, Liabilities, Trends and Solutions: will new Government policies be good for you?

Session A6, Monday 15 June 4:00pm – 5:15pm.

We hope that you will be able to visit us on stand 33 and participate in our workshop, places for which can be booked easily on the Airmic website by clicking here. However, please do contact us if you are unable to attend but would like to see the results and our conclusions from the session.
