A wrong turn on the road out of lockdown?

"The resumption for outdoor sports from the 29 March is perhaps surprising given the risk that it creates for COVID-19. 

"Step 2 of the Government’s four-step roadmap out of lockdown includes the reopening of outdoor sports facilities such as tennis courts and golf courses and the resumption of ‘formally organised outdoor sports’ beneath elite level on 29 March.  At the time of writing, the guidance to be followed regarding the resumption of outdoor sports has yet to be published."

Simon discusses if the risk of transmission is truly lower in open air sports and the legal liabilities grassroots sports organisers must be prepared for in POST.
