Our volume recovery team works with insurers, brokers and corporate customers handling claims arising under motor and home insurance policies. A significant part of the team’s work involves recovering outlays arising from insured and uninsured losses including personal injury and property damage claims.
The team provide personal injury services on a first and third party basis to our insurer clients’ policyholders either directly or through legal expenses insurance providers. We are also able to offer free personal injury assistance schemes to our corporate and insurer clients’ employees.
The team has five partners and more than 50 staff operating out of our Manchester and Birmingham offices. A pragmatic, commercial ethos drawing on a blend of skills from the transportation, insurance and legal sectors is employed by the team. Our team maximise recovery potential and reduce recovery times through proactive claims handling and where necessary, early litigation.
