Our recent commercial development experience includes:
- the development of a 500,000 square foot distribution warehouse involving the latest in robotics;
- the forward funding, development and letting of a 4 acre site near Liverpool city centre;
- acting in relation to the phased sale of a mixed development site comprising 410 residential dwellings and a supermarket;
- advising local authorities in relation to the drawdown and development structure for their land holdings at two major enterprise zones;
