BLM was proud to sponsor the Dive In festival for Diversity & Inclusion in Insurance, which took place 27– 29 September 2016.

Dive In was established to helping the insurance industry to prepare for the future; highlighting the business case for diverse and inclusive workplaces and providing practical ideas and inspiration for how to bring about positive change.

This year 50 events took place over three days in 16 cities across four continents in Australia, Bermuda, Canada, China, France, Ireland, Singapore, Switzerland, UK and the USA. Dive In is the only international, sector-wide, diversity and inclusion event of its kind anywhere in the world!

Being diverse is about more than having the right number of female members of staff or ethnic minorities for example, it’s about embracing and using our differences and understanding the ways in which that difference contributes to a fully functioning and flourishing company and assists in delivering on strategic goals, business growth and legacy
